Returns

1. Right of Withdrawal
The customer may request a return of the product within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.

2. Conditions for Returns
For a return to be accepted, the product must:

Be free from signs of use, damage, or defects;

Be accompanied by the invoice;

Include all original accessories, manuals, and packaging.

3. Procedure for Requesting a Return
To request a return, the customer must:

Contact our customer service department via email at comercial@wrstatil.com.br;

Provide the order number, CPF or CNPJ, and the reason for the return;

Send the product according to the instructions provided by customer service.

4. Shipping Costs
The cost of shipping and returning the product due to a complaint will be the customer's responsibility.

5. Refund
The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase:

Credit card: the refund will be requested from the card issuer and may take up to two billing cycles to be reflected;

Bank slip or PIX: the refund will be made to the account holder's bank account within 10 business days after receiving and analyzing the product.

6. Exceptions
Customized or made-to-order products may not be eligible for return due to buyer's remorse, as stipulated by law.
